John Morally is a licensed real estate broker in California. John has been a member of La Costa Resort for over 25 years and has lived in North County since 1981. He has purchased and sold several homes for clients over the years. He specializes in La Costa, Carlsbad, and Rancho Santa Fe, as he has lived in all of these communities. He has 8 years of experience helping buyers and sellers understand the process of purchasing and selling properties. John is committed to listening to his client’s needs and utilizing his negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
John’s diverse background brings a degree of expertise rarely seen in real estate. John developed a 20 home subdivision in Buena Park, has built numerous industrial buildings in California, and has experience in land development. In 2012 he purchased over 200 distressed homes across the Country. John has experience in interior design, residential and commercial construction.
Determined to redefine the real estate client experience, John went on to earn his real estate Broker license and founded John Paul Morally Real Estate, a boutique, concierge-style real estate firm. When dealing with John, no matter what the situation is, you can always expect honesty, integrity and professionalism.
If you were to ask John what he loves about La Costa, his reply would be quite simple, everything. As a person who is naturally drawn to living the Resort lifestyle from golfing to playing tennis at the Cliff Drysdale Tennis, Academy and enjoying the spa with his wife.
